“Winter in Big Land” Photo Contest Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Air Borealis for advertising and social media promotion purposes.
2. The photo must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
3. Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
4. Entries will be randomly selected. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
5. Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
6. The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
7. The winner will be announced via Air Borealis social media. Photos that contain sexually explicit, nude, obscene, and violent or other objectionable or inappropriate content, as determined by Air Borealis in its sole discretion, are ineligible for all categories of this contest.
8. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
